Dear Zoltan,
I know Carol has already sent sincere thanks on behalf of all of The Sisters for your taking such good care of us during our recent visit in Budapest and environs. But, I need to add my thanks.
My first visit to your beautiful city and countryside was greatly enhanced by your generous sharing of information and history, your interest in our interests, and your personal concern for each of us.
With your help we packed a lot into each of our days and evenings!
Reading about the city and its history as we did prior to our travel is nothing like actually being there. To look out our hotel window and see the Castle, or sit in the Cafe New York and be in awe of the decor, or to be on top of the Opera House and overlook the City, or to walk across the Chain Bridge at night, or to be driven to the Bend of the Danube and walk through the history there with you as our guide cannot compare to anything else. These and so many more are the memories made by personal participation. Thank you for giving me so many wonderful memories.
Also, it is with my great appreciation for your arranging dinner accommodations on our last night, and to your wife for agreeing to join us. It was such a fine and fun ending to our few days in Budapest. If ever you find yourselves in the Midwest of the USA, please let us know. We cannot match your City but you are always welcome. Please do know that we adopt our driver/guides as family!
I wish you, your wife and daughters a bright future and hope that our paths will cross again.
With kind regards and many thanks,
Marlys J. Nelson
