I offer private guided car/walking tours for individual travellers.
A tailor made sightseeing tour gives you a general overview or if you are interested in something special (e.g. history, architecture, local's everyday life, etc.) I always customize the tour to suit the quest's requirements. Hungary is a small but beautiful country. Every region is accessible within a couple of hours from Budapest. This is a good reason to take excursions to the scenic country-side. The nicest parts are: Danube Bend, Lake Balaton, Herend, Eger, Tokaj, Puszta, etc. I have good contacts with artists (painter, ceramist, sculptor, silk and glass painter) and if you wish you can have a look of their studio. In case you have Hungarian ancestors I can help you in family research. I also provide door to door transfers to/from major cities in surrounding countries.
